Getting started
Setting up Fleetino takes about a minute. Here’s the gist.
- Add your first vehicle. On the home screen (“Garage”) tap the + button and enter the license plate.
- Enter the technical inspection (STK) expiry date. You’ll find it on the registration certificate or on your last inspection report.
- Enter the mandatory liability insurance expiry date. It’s on the insurance card (zelená karta) your insurer issues every year.
- Optionally add the motorway vignette and document photos. Photos of the insurance card and the registration certificate (technický průkaz) are handy for roadside checks.
- Allow notifications. The app will ask the first time you save a vehicle. Reminders fire 30, 7, and 1 day before each deadline.

The things we hear most often.
I didn’t get a notification, what now?
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Fleetino and confirm notifications are enabled. Then in the app, make sure you’ve entered an expiry date — without a date, the reminder can’t be scheduled. Reminders fire 30, 7, and 1 day before each deadline, so if the deadline is far in the future, the reminder simply hasn’t triggered yet.
Where did my vehicles go?
All data lives locally on your iPhone. If you uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, the data is gone with it. Cloud sync is on the roadmap but not available yet — once it ships, switching devices will be automatic.
The free tier is 1 vehicle, when will Premium be available?
A Premium plan with unlimited vehicles is in the works. To register interest or join the extended-fleet beta, email lukas@hruby.software.
How do I migrate to a new phone?
For now you have to re-enter the data on the new device. Cloud sync is planned but currently everything lives in the phone’s storage — which is also why Fleetino knows nothing about you.
Taking a photo of a document throws an error
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and grant access to Fleetino. If you use the gallery picker, also grant access to Photos (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Fleetino).
How do I delete my data?
Just uninstall the app. Everything is local, nothing was ever on our servers. After uninstalling, no trace remains.
Does Fleetino work offline?
Yes. The app does not need internet to save a vehicle or to schedule notifications. Everything runs locally on the phone.
What does Fleetino actually track?
Currently: technical inspection (STK), mandatory liability insurance, motorway vignette, and details from the registration certificate (technický průkaz). Other deadlines may be added based on user demand — let us know which ones you’d like.
