Service — Website management
Updates, security, performance and content changes. We take care of everything you don't want to bother your developer with — and that isn't a good idea to leave sitting.
Discuss management →A website is a long-term commitment. WordPress core, plugin and theme updates, certificate renewals, backups, uptime monitoring — someone has to do it, otherwise it gets lost. We're that someone. We manage WordPress, custom CMS and static sites so you can focus on your actual business.
Concrete areas we handle.
Core, plugin and theme updates. Compatibility checks, backups, uptime monitoring. Monthly report on what happened and what shipped.
A slow site loses visitors and search rankings. Audit, identify bottlenecks, gradually improve LCP, CLS and INP.
Tracking indexation, broken links, schema markup. Small on-page tweaks based on the current state of search engines.
Patches, CVE tracking for your plugins, file integrity monitoring. When something blows up, we know before you do.
New landing page, copy edits, product uploads. No need to hold dev capacity for the small stuff.
When the site has outgrown its hosting. Planned migration without downtime or SEO loss.
First month is the audit; then we settle into a regular rhythm.
We walk through the site and identify problems (outdated plugins, exposed admin endpoints, missing backups). Findings come as an action list.
We configure backups, uptime monitoring, scheduled updates. Whatever can be automated, gets automated.
A fixed day each month for updates, checks and small tasks. You know when to expect us, we know what to do.
When something breaks outside the schedule, we're on it. SLA per agreement — from 4 business hours to 1 hour 24/7.
Tools that keep sites healthy for years.
What clients ask before signing on.
Monthly retainer based on agreed scope. Work beyond the retainer is agreed in advance, not invoiced after the fact.
We also manage custom CMS, static sites and headless setups. WordPress is the most common, not the only option.
Standard SLA: 4 business hours. Premium SLA: 1 hour, 24/7.
Agreed up-front based on how dependent your business is on uptime.
Not directly. We help select a managed provider and configure it. Keeping hosting separate from management reduces vendor lock-in.
Part of the audit, we check correct setup. If anything is missing, we deploy a solution (Cookiebot or custom implementation).
We do ad-hoc too. The retainer is convenient for ongoing maintenance, but it's not a requirement.
Describe your situation or request and we typically reply within one business day.
