Emails going to spam? We find out why and fix it.

We check your domain and mail server settings, analyse the specific messages that didn't arrive and remove the cause. Or we write a precise brief for your hosting provider or IT company and see it through with them.

Analysis of real messages, not just DNS · Gmail, Seznam, Outlook · A report you can read without IT

// About the service

It's usually the setup, not the content.

Gmail, Seznam and Outlook now verify for every email whether it really came from who it claims to be. One forgotten sender, say an invoicing tool or an e-shop, is enough for messages to start landing in spam or bouncing. Most offers on the market just rewrite DNS records. We look at the messages that failed first and find the real cause.

// Sound familiar?

Six signs your email isn't working as it should.

// 01

A customer says the invoice never came

Quotes, invoices or order confirmations land in spam or get lost. You find out when someone doesn't pay.

// 02

Gmail and Seznam don't get it

Emails reach colleagues, but customers on Gmail or Seznam find them in spam.

// 03

Bounce messages keep coming

You get “Undelivered” or “Delivery failed” with codes like 550 5.7.26. Nobody knows what they mean.

// 04

It broke after a change

New hosting, e-shop, invoicing tool or newsletter platform, and email has misbehaved ever since.

// 05

Someone is sending as you

Customers receive fraudulent emails that look like yours, for example with a different bank account.

// 06

Fewer and fewer people open your newsletter

Campaigns land in Promotions or spam and open rates fall even though the content hasn't changed.

// Why now

The big mailbox providers got stricter.

What passed a few years ago now ends up in spam, or doesn't arrive at all.

  • Gmail, since 2024Requires SPF or DKIM, a valid reverse DNS record and an encrypted connection from every sender. Bulk senders also need DMARC and one-click unsubscribe.
  • Outlook, since May 2025Microsoft rejects messages from bulk senders without SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • SeznamRequires valid SPF and DKIM and strongly recommends DMARC. Bulk mail without DKIM goes to spam.

We explain the acronyms in plain language. What matters is that without them your emails look forged.

// What it costs

You know the price before we start.

After the first call you get a fixed price for both diagnosis and repair. Nothing is added along the way.

Diagnosis

Domain, server and your messages

We go through your domain and mail server settings and analyse up to three problem messages. You get a written report: what is wrong, why, and what to do about it.

Repair

We do it for you

With your access we make the DNS and server changes ourselves and verify messages get through to Gmail, Seznam and Outlook.

Coordination

With your hosting or IT company

Your provider gets a precise brief. If needed, we deal with them directly and check the finished work.

Send your domain and what is happening. Within one business day we'll tell you where the problem most likely is and what the fix will cost.

// How we work

From a bounced message to a verified fix.

01

Send the domain and one email

Your domain name and one message that bounced or went to spam is enough. Ideally forwarded as an attachment, headers included.

02

Diagnosis

We go through the domain, server and messages. We find everyone who sends on behalf of your domain and where authentication breaks.

03

Fix or brief

We fix it ourselves, or write a precise brief for your hosting or IT company and see it through with them.

04

Verification

We send test messages to Gmail, Seznam and Outlook and check the authentication results. You get a report of what changed.

// FAQ

What you want to know before handing us your email.

Do you guarantee emails will reach the inbox?

No, nobody can honestly guarantee that. We remove the technical causes. The rest depends on message content and sender reputation, and we advise on that too.

Do you need access to DNS?

Temporary access is enough. Or your hosting provider makes the changes from our brief.

How long does it take?

Diagnosis usually within two business days. DNS changes typically take effect within 24 hours.

Does this matter for a small business?

Yes. Gmail expects basic authentication from every sender, even a freelancer sending a few invoices a month.

We have an IT company. Why you?

We give them a precise list of changes, or deal with them ourselves. Deliverability is a narrow specialty most administrators don't focus on.

What is a blacklist and how do we get off it?

A list of addresses that sent spam. We find the cause first, for example a compromised account, and only then request removal. Otherwise the address soon ends up there again.

Do we have to change email providers?

Usually not. The problem tends to be the setup, not the mailboxes.

What do you need to start?

Your domain and one bounced or spam-flagged message with headers. We'll show you how to get the headers.

Emails not arriving? Send us one.

Forward a message that bounced or went to spam. Within one business day we'll tell you where the problem is.
